As has been my experience with Aarrow, the staff provides objective information on what services and/or repairs are required. They strive to complete the work within the timeframes they have established via appointments, and they honor their price quotes. They do take walk-ins, but not at the expense of those customers who have made appointments. And, they are good corporate citizens, supporting Goochland cares and Fetch a Cure.

Very friendly staff. Even though I did not buy tires from them, they were supportive of me getting tires from outside and still come back for state inspection. Earlier I had done a transmission rebuild at this place and that was better than the original manufacturer and still using the car after 20 years.
