I didn't feel customer service was that great. I was 12 minutes late for my 7:30 am appointment and was bumped back to first come, first serve even though I explained I needed to get back to care for my disabled husband.
I was told my van would not be ready until after l pm.
I also asked if I dropped off my Toyota for state inspection when I picked up van, they told me I could, but it would not be ready for another week. That was unacceptable.
I was also charged $70 some dollars for a battery check while other service companies would not charge that fee.
We are sorry that your latest trip to Aarrow was not what you expected. Unfortunately, when a customer is 15 Minutes late to an Appointment we have to move on to the next ticket, to be fair to all customers and employees. Your vehicle was still completed before your estimated time. As far as the second vehicle, when we have an unscheduled drop off all we can do is put it in que and finish it as soon as possible. The Battery test that you refer to was requested by you and approved at the time of drop off. We hope to help all customers in a timely manner and hope we can help you in the future.
