I have had great service from Aarrow in the past. This time, my wife spent over $1700 to get her 1999 Eclipse back to a road worthy state. Two (2) new tires were installed on the front of the car to pass inspection. I noticed that one of the tires was low when we brought the vehicle home (front drivers side). I decided to have Aarrow address the issue when took the car back for additional service.
We took the car back to have (2) two additional tires installed so that we would have a complete set due to age of the old tires. I advised staff of the leak on the front drivers side on tires that they had installed a couple of days prior.
When I picked up the car after the installation of the additional tires, not only did Aarrow try to charge me for the leak repair (which was the seal on the wheel not installed properly), but they moved the tire to the rear axle, and it still has a slow leak. Down 10 pounds overnight.
I am reluctant to take the car back to Aarrow after this experience.
The rest of the work was fine.
Keith and myself spoke 11/8/2016 and is going to bring car back in for tire repair. Sorry again about the issue with new tire. With all the construction going on, short handed and myself gone that day, miscommunication on my part. Sorry again. I will make this right! Thank you, Todd Ruggles Service Manager.
