I brought my vehicle here out of convenience since it’s right down the road from my house and I was sold on the no charge diagnostics. The friendliness of the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. I wish I could give a better rating but due to the horrendous 200% mark up on parts it’s left a very bad taste in my mouth. Sadly I didn’t shop around before hand and I won’t make that mistake again.

I reviewed the Work Order 105507 and did some research on the parts that were used in the repair of your vehicle. In checking other suppliers (including the dealer), I found that there IS a price discrepancy but also a quality difference. The LOCAL warranty others offered ranged from 90 days to 1 year or 12,000 miles covering parts only. However, the company we purchase master cylinders from, all they do is manufacture master cylinders AND their (our) warranty is 3 years or 50,000 miles on parts AND labor. . . NATIONWIDE! They should prove more durable than the vehicle's original parts. I hope this provides you the peace of mind that you were treated well and the pricing is in line with quality repairs.

They had my car for over a week (10 days). I understand it was during the holiday but it seemed like there was no urgency to get my car finished in a timely manner.
The staff was very pleasant to deal with!

We took our vehicle in for transmission repairs. When we picked our vehicle up, the linkage to the shifter was loose. The 4-wheel drive/all-wheel drive was not fixed. It has issues on inclines and just spins front tires. The cold air intake was not reinstalled and returned with vehicle. The engine is leaking oil excessively, and the engine was not leaking oil prior to work completed. There is damage to the frame in engine bay indicating that something heavy was placed or hoisted on it. The passenger fender is misaligned, the mount damaged, now the hood hits fender when opened. A vacuum line was improperly installed and dangerously close to hitting the fan. The air filter housing and fuse box were improperly installed. The console in the cabin was loose and misaligned. Stereo equipment was unplugged and not functioning. We had the same shop rebuild this transmission about three years ago and had far better service. We will no longer recommend this business to anyone.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am. My car was not ready until after noon. I would have been waiting all that time in their waiting room if my mom hadn’t offered to come across town to help me get stuff done that day after an hour had gone by. I had to call them to follow up on the status of my vehicle. What’s the point of having an appointment? An oil change doesn’t take 3 hours. The oil change also cost more than I was quoted at the time I made my appointment. I think I’m better off taking my car to the dealer from now on.

Service was good. Staff was friendly, professional and comminuted with me throughout the work process regularly. Only concern I had was the lack of loaner vehicles available. However, I understand there were limited numbers available and not everyone who asks for one has this request granted. Good

I was very pleased with the work done on my 20 year old Mazda Protoge ! I still have a little chugging when I step on the gas after a full stop ! Maybe Im not pressing hard enough to get the gas moving !!

I hate the dentist due to some horrible past experiences and saw Dr. Hardy with some trepidation in my heart but he and His staff are absolutely amazing. I can not recommend him enough.
