OK, I have been coming to AASTRO since the late 80's and up until about 3 years ago I was always happy or surprised with the high level of service. Since that time service has fallen way off and unfortunately so has a lot of the attention to details.
I have experienced a lack in customer service in the form of not keeping the customer informed and not returning calls when told they will be returned. I have also experienced (almost without exception) incomplete checks of worked preformed. I have experienced fluids not fully replaced, bolts not tightened or replaced with one that was not correct, to a loose radiator shroud due to the improper install of the OEM parts that hold it in place.
There may be a shortage of qualified mechanics that I am not aware of, but maybe it isn't all about quantity of work you can get done in a week, but maybe it should be more about the quality of work and customer care. I would think repeat customers would be good for an automotive business.
Just trying to give good feedback, but I am no longer recommending AASTRO to my friends and coworkers unless something changes.
