Both shops were friendly, informative, knowledgeable, explained everything, pretty much kept with the estimated price ( I was pleased) and were on time delivering.

I had transmission issues and also air conditioning issues.

Both shops are clean. I was pleased and satisfied. I would recommend both stores on Broadway and Speedway in a heartbeat.

We were leaving AZ from our winter stay when our transmission was leaking. AASTRO was the only transmission service that would take us as a customer as we have a 36 ft motorhome. I can’t say enough good things about ASSTRO. Their customer service is outstanding, they communicated very well on their progress and schedule. They even went into the RV and retrieved something for me I needed, that I forgot, and delivered it to me at the hotel. I highly recommend AASTRO!!

Great Automotive Service Company, Great People, Highly Recommend AASTRO Trans & Auto Repair. Ray, Adam, Gloria and the rest of the service staff make a great team. Thank you for all your support and building coldest running transmission,. under a full load towing my 42' 5th Wheel my F-450 transmission operates at 133* all day long, never see 220* Trans Temps anymore. My Closing Statement to the Reading Jury:

Over the past twenty years, I have used AASTRO T & A to service my vehicles both at the 22nd Ave site and now at the East Broadway Auto shop. During this period, I was pleased with the mechanical work and the cordial manner of communications with the front office. Most recently I encountered some difficulties with scheduling and delays in repair timetables but these problems were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Adam exhibited great patience and Perser Vience in finding the correct parts which were difficult to obtain due to supply chain disruptions. He also astutely represented my interests regarding the warranties to replace the faulty units at no expense to me. I look forward to continuing my association with Adam and the crew at ASSTRO-East/Tucson AZ.

First time I brought my car here everything went okay, the 2nd time however was horrible. No communication, and a schedule check that I was told would take 1 or 2 days at most took 5. When I called the tech on day 3, he said he was still “dialing it in” never said what what going on but told me to wait till the mechanic has it “dialed in”. Then the next day I was told a whole different mechanic was taking a look, with no explanation as to why. I’m definitely not coming back.

OK, I have been coming to AASTRO since the late 80's and up until about 3 years ago I was always happy or surprised with the high level of service. Since that time service has fallen way off and unfortunately so has a lot of the attention to details.

I have experienced a lack in customer service in the form of not keeping the customer informed and not returning calls when told they will be returned. I have also experienced (almost without exception) incomplete checks of worked preformed. I have experienced fluids not fully replaced, bolts not tightened or replaced with one that was not correct, to a loose radiator shroud due to the improper install of the OEM parts that hold it in place.

There may be a shortage of qualified mechanics that I am not aware of, but maybe it isn't all about quantity of work you can get done in a week, but maybe it should be more about the quality of work and customer care. I would think repeat customers would be good for an automotive business.

Just trying to give good feedback, but I am no longer recommending AASTRO to my friends and coworkers unless something changes.

hello i am a customer i took my truck to your shop for AASTRO Transmission to put in a Transmission for me

and it was the worst decision i ever made i my life the worst experience i ever had. the worst customer service

i have ever experienced. i would call them and they never called me and when they would say they would call

me back they never did i did all the calling to check on my truck. i will never tell anyone about your business

it sucks.
