I am Sorry you feel you were mislead in any way. Unfortunately with the current inflation Rate being what it is, often parts and fluids change from one week to the next. Your vehicles transmission went up dramatically since the last one of these we did. I was here that day and could have spoken to you about it at the time about it. I have spoken to the service advisor who helped you and she offered to get me, to explain but you refused. I again apologies if you feel mislead.

It was great!!! My first time there but the gentleman who helped me Patrick made me feel like I was going there for years. This place is going to be my go to place for now on when ever my truck needs any kind of service done. They were very thorough did a complete front to back inspection to and took pics step by step as they did it sent me a complete report on everything and let me know what I might need. I highly recommend this place to everyone if want an honest place this is it and the time they told it would take was right on the money.
