Every time we have an appointment, I am reminded of why we keep coming back. Every staff member is just wonderful. Their kindness and love for all pets is made very clear. Dr. Jay and his staff always ease my min pin's anxiety. Thank you for always being so great!

First time being there since the whole new staff started. Only brought my dog in for one shot. You could tell the tech was scared of my dog (for no reason). He picked up on her fear, and started growling. I have never had this experience in the past.

We apologize you felt the way you did. The technician that did Jax's appointment was actually our hospital manager, that is familiar with Jax and has been here for a few years. With Jax being 145 pounds, we are always looking for the safest way to handle our patients and leave it the best experience possible for them. She will be reaching out to you to discuss other options to make it a better and safer event for all involved. We strive to do everything we can to lessen stress on our patients.
