Not a typical output of service on 6/21/22. I am grateful however that I am seeing improvement from my fur baby. She went in for a dental procedure which was done nicely and they cut her nails too. The bad part was the disregard for her bleeding toe nail because the tech cut too close. Also a catheter was used which is also fine, but given they wanted a urine sample from her wouldn't it make since to take one while you had her? Just a thought. As stated initially, not my typical experience.

I had my 9 year old son with me and he is really invested in the health of our cat. He was very disappointed that they would not let him come in for the appointment and they insisted that he had to remain in the car. Of course I couldn’t leave him in the car by himself so we both had to wait outside. I wish they could have let us both come in as this is was an annual family ritual that everyone enjoyed before Covid and maybe it’s time to relax the rules a little bit.

I apologize, but we have had to follow the state boards reccomendations. with our building being so small, and in the ability to distance appropriately inside of a medical office, we have to continue our COVID protocol to remain able to see all patients.
