I thought the therapist was very sweet and when I ask at the desk if she was new I was told "no" Then I will have to rate the session as not good at all. The gentleman at the desk had no client relation skills never asked how the session was in fact except for handing me my bill that was all the verbal contact we had I never went to a spa and was shown around by someone in paint covered genes I wish you luck but I will probably never go back again. To bad you have the perfect location but if you don't get your act together you won't last long I have had many many massages so my critisms are from experience

The receptionist was RUDE and down right ignorant. Even though my massage was paid for in advance, she had me drive home to retrieve my 'voucher' since I bought as a Groupon-type deal. This was my third time there, and I find the male technicians much better.

Had a great massage but was expecting a table with a hole for my pregnant belly. Either way it was wonderful and just what I needed.

My experience at ABC is nothing but positive. I had a Deep Tissue Massage with Paul.Paul is and amazingly talented massage therapist. I came in with pain in my neck and left stress and pain free!!! Thank You Paul!!!

Kudos to the front desk staff as well. They are very professional and kind. i feel very welcome there from the moment i walk through the door until the time i leave. I wouldnt never go anywhere else!!!

Went there for the first time. Caitlin was great. Only suggestion is that as this was my first time I booked it on a day that you had offered a discount. After the massage I came out to pay and didn't get the discount and was told that I should have asked for it when I first came in. For a first visit this was not a good idea. I will probably come back because of Caitlin but most other people would consider it a first and final visit. Most sales entities will give you a discount at any time during the purchase. An example of this is any website selling anything, and every grocery store where you check out with one of the loyalty cards that they can scan at the beginning of check out, during the process, or at the end. I'm not asking for the discount now. I am just giving you feedback.

i went to the spa twice for a deep tissue massage...both times it was way to soft...i dont know if i need to remind or ask the therapist to go deeper...way to soft even for a swedish
