Well since you asked me to review, I would say I was very disappointed with the work done after giving you all my business for several years. I was already on the fence about using them again due to being stood up once for an appointment and lack of knowledge in helping with drip irrigation but felt the owners were nice and deserved another chance. Rather then make an issue about the latest work I just paid the bill and decided to move on BUT was very unhappy with the lack of work done. How can you bill someone for 6 hrs of labor and the employee, Ben, never broke out a shovel to try and fix a problem ABC was called out for? What did he do for 6 hours besides call me at work and ask for some help?? Surely it wasn't for the basic walk through to readjust any heads not spraying in the right areas because I had to spend 1.5 hrs of my own time doing that after Ben left. Just disappointed is all. I would think it is hard to get new customers and a business owner should do what they can to hang on to the ones they have. My irrigation problem is now fixed by simply just calling the next irrigation company around town/Flour Bluff.
