I'm a first time customer. My opinion, part way through the repair process, is extremely positive. A&B located a problem that they were capable of repairing but choose to contact Mercedes and arranged for the repair to be performed under an extended, and unknown to me, no-cost warranty repair. Any time we do business with a new repair shop we have concerns over integrity of the diagnosis and repair process. A&B's behavior in this matter speaks volumes to their integrity. I will be back.
