Thank you Staff for taking care of Samson’s 1st time with Aborn Pet Hospital. We were devastated about the lapse in our pet insurance.

Very expensive. I don’t understand why we need to do Leukemia test for boarding a cat. For 4 days, all blood work and boarding cost was around $450!! Not doing any blood work unnecessary for my healthy cat.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if it was not addressed during your appointment, but the reason we have more requirements is because we are a pet hospital and not solely a boarding facility. We see sick pets daily and although our boarding kennels are separated from the exam rooms and recovery areas, we want to avoid any possible cross-contamination. Your total estimate included the exam and costs for boarding, bloodwork (for Feline Leukemia Testing) and vaccines we require for boarding. Our website has a list of helpful information related to boarding. I hope this helped address your concerns. Anytime you have questions about your estimate, our veterinarian and technicians would be more than happy to spend time answering them. Please feel to call us if we can help you with anything else.

My first visit they dint let me in due to covid but they didn’t even provide an update while making appointments.Went for pup examine the doctor came out and said the result! I dint feel comfortable and I did forget my questions which I was prepared as I’m new pup mom so I have concerns. But there is no results printed in the receipt ! I also accepted for 10% discount of nail trim for 20$ but I’m not satisfied at all still my pup has longer nails and he is scratching me badly

We do our best to notify all current and new pet parents of our COVID precautions. Hopefully soon we can begin letting clients inside, until then we thank you for your patience and understanding. Due to this, Dr. Mann likes to make the effort of speaking to all his clients after the exam and discussing his finding with your fur baby. I understand that due to these novel times, forgetting to ask your questions can occur. Should you have any further questions or concerns for the doctor, you are more than welcome to email them to [email protected] Dr. Mann can review your questions and we will do our best to respond back in a timely manner. When it comes to your receipt, your exam "results" are not printed on the itemized results. If you require a copy the medical notes please call us. As for your puppies nail trim, given his age, there isn't much to cut and puppies need to return for additional frequent nail trims for improvement of nail quick length.
