Called around and A.C.A. had the cheapest price for smog test (Mangers special). Was told it would take an hour, and I was out of there in less than an hour.

I was very happy that I did not have to wait for a long time. The representative said 45 to 1 hour and they did it!!!
Moreover, the coffee was delicious, the bathroom clean and the lobby area with nice comfortable chairs.

Tip: if they take longer than 1 hour, then go across the street for sushi :)
