Took my morkie there for a groom. The groomer cut his hair and left patches. Nails were not cut, anal glands not drained and teeth weren't brushedp. He wasn't even washed she just sprayed cologne. He was still dirty. They refunded me but I had to make a case as to why I should get the $6 back for the dental.
Two weeks later, hoping that experience was an isolated issue, I took my dog & cat there for a boarding while on vacation. They allowed my morkie to sit in his own urine so much as to where his smelt of old urine. They "board" them in a small crate!!! Only taking them out UP TO 15 minutes. In my dogs case it was less. He scraped his nose trying to get out of the crate. He was crated for 9 days!!!
