"One Truth, many paths" is the main idea behind Acadiana Yoga and Wellness. Utilizing the gifts from both the Eastern and Western traditions, we look to cultivate unity, compassion, joy and peace. Whether enjoying a yoga class, a pilates equipment session, or a relaxing massage, any client will feel a more energized body and a calmer mind.
Incorporating a blend of many influences, we encourage those who share this space to remember who they really are. We honor each student's unique abilities and limitations, but we remind them that they are "perfect, whole, and complete."

I learned more details about yoga in my first class here than one can learn in one yoga class at the gym. The classes at the gym are great, but faster paced and more crowded, I don't think the instructors have enough time to teach us everything that they want to about the practice. I will be back, this is a good place.
