I was very pleased with the overall experience:

Making an appointment and changing it was no problem,

The appointment was that - an appointment - not sitting around for the next half hour waiting for them to start on my vehicle,

Work was done by a knowledgeable technician who explained the problems he found and explained what he was going to do then explained what he did all without trying to intimidate the customer.

I went in with a coupon for a specially reduced price for an alignment from Discount Tire Co. They charged just that price. I know that if parts were needed, which they weren't, I would have had to pay extra.

Having been a driver for 52 years, I have been in a lot of mechanic shops and dealt with a lot of mechanics. This place stands out as one of the best.

My work truck broke down on me first thing on a Monday morning - I was in a bind. I called Accelerated Auto, they got it in and had it ready for me first thing Tuesday morning.
