My first visit. Parking was very difficult and should have been advised about this beforehand. Both Receptions were on the phone when I arrived. So I signed in on the sheets on the counter.. I was never acknowledged being there or told that Dr Vaughn would be with me shortly or anything.
Lindy came out on time and took care of part of the reason I was there and is refereeing me to one of the other Dr’s which is fine because of my insurance. I gave the receptionist my insurance card and they made a copy of it and said they would tell me what my insurance covered when I came back on my next appointment. I asked what it would cost for the next visit and they said it depended on my insurance. Sorry this was not an acceptable answer and I should of asked more questions then but the fee’s should be public and she should have told me what it was going to cost and then say but we will see what part the insurance covers. Or do you charge more if it is covered by insurance? Right now I am having a hard time with your practice. And my card I received for my next visit has the date and time but not the Dr I am going to be seeing. Sign… more and more ??????
