I went in to get nose piece fixed and they broke my glasses and I had to then get new frames and lens and oh yeah I got to pay for it. They gave me half off. I should have gotten them for free -I didn't break them they did. I did not have to buy new frames until they broke them. They did not do the right thing
They should be eating the whole cost. If I would have broken something in their building they would expect me to pay for it and that would be the right thing to do.
Stacey is going out of her way to expedite the order before my glasses completely fall apart
