When I called to schedule this appointment for my son, I asked if they accept our insurance and was assured that they did. (We've had some trouble with this insurance coverage, so I wanted to double check.)

I called a week before the appointment asking that the insurance be run in advance, and was informed by the desk staff that I'd be called if it wasn't accepted. The day before the appointment, when I was called to confirm our appointment and complete COVID screening questions, I asked - a third time - if the insurance was accepted and was informed that everything was in order and the insurance was authorized.

Only when we arrived for the appointment was I told that in fact our insurance is not accepted. The fact that the desk staff misinformed me 3 times and flat out lied at least once (when they said it had already been run & was okay) cost me over $200. (Yes, I have spoken to my insurance company as well.) I realize everyone is busy due to COVID, but this was unacceptable.

The dental care was quite suitable but since the desk staff sit within earshot of the insurance team, this failure of communication baffles me. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Very efficient processing for appointment, and the staff is very professional. I especially like the reminder(s) the office sends to make sure there are no issues with an upcoming appointment and, if so, the ability to change an appointment.

Very pricey. Serene and comfortably nice so the cost was understood. Just didn’t seem right for that visit to

cost so much. I was out in less than ten minutes. The doctor was very professional, she never cracked a smile.

I was impressed that the procedure was painless. Oh did I say spacious, yes very spacious and comfy.

Terrible. They did a very poor teeth cleaning for me and my husband- and they failed to tell him he needed emergency, root canal. This is a money-driven,amateur operation.

Very annoying experience. I went there recently for cleaning. The hygienist who did the work was very much annoying and pressuring me throughout the entire time to do partial Denture inspire of my repeated denial. I hate this kind of behavior from a medical facility. The Doctor who came for final evaluation appeard to be in the money making business. Later on I realized this facility is now run by a different management and Doctors and staff since August 2019. The Doctors and staff before the transition were extremely good and very much patient oriented. Not any more.
