Able to set the appointment at the time I needed and then postponed it when a technician at our house had me blocked in. I was still greeted immediately upon arrival with complete confirmation of what was needed. The Acheson technician went about his work evaluating areas of concern and Tim, Service Coordinator, explained my options and costs in language I could understand without pushing the highest priced solution as the only one! When they had finished, the technician explained adjustments he had made to allow sensors to relearn settings for the car and my driving without using replacement as the first option. I left feeling confident that we could go on our way, safely traveling the 5,000 miles we would be covering in a short amount of time.
