Lovely building with its own fancy eyewear store. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Not long of a wait at all. Ophthalmology assistant was efficient and knowledgeable but between training another person and a busy and perhaps behind-schedule workload, I felt as if I was not the center of attention, which a patient worried about their health wants to be. The doctor was friendly and I received the best eye examination I've ever had. Again however, I felt the doctor wasn't given enough time to spend with me. I had more questions but the doctor was up and out the door. I realized after I left that I didn't get my eyeglass prescription but an assistant offered to mail it to me. Overall I feel like the medical staff are very competent and knowledgeable - hopefully the day I was there was just an unusually busy one. A rushed appointment is something I associate with lower-quality clinics.
