Olivia answered the phone when I called for a walk-in appointment. She was professional and kind.
The assistants who came to pick up my dog where professional, courteous, and thorough with their questions.
Dr. Leara called me while he had my dog and answered all of my (many) questions and was very helpful. He made helpful suggestions and understood my concerns.
I have always had a good experience with ACOH.

Well serviced . Donr know what happened in exam room but Tiger is different. Not my cat. Her behavior is so changed. I think she have to behave or she goes back there??????

Waited in our car for 30 minutes past our appointment time.

The only reason for 4 stars is that after I was checked out, they told me that they would bring my dog to my car shortly. I waited over 15 minutes and had to call to see if something was wrong. Then they forgot to bring out the dog food I ordered and I had to drive back to pick it up.
On the plus side, they came to get my dog at the appointed time and the vet called me to let me know what he diagnosed. He sounded very caring and professional.

Thank you for taking care of Pumkin my Yorkie - she can be "touchy" about vet visits. She simply loved the staff at Animal Clinic of Honolulu. They cleaned out her wound and gave her antibiotics. Now 24 hr later, she is healing very well.
Even her groomer had a hard time with her "fussiness" Mahalo - she was so good with your vet & the staff.

Because of this flu epidemic, we could not go in o an exam room like we normally did, we had to wait to be examined in the parking lot, then wait for a nurse to take the dog in for his physical exam, I asked for an after visit report printout which I got, because of all the animals that showed up to be examined, I felt the report print out I got is exceptionally brief, I can't determine now if the report is complete because I may have forgotten all the activities that were going on during this visit, its all a blur right now. Since we have been home , he's had a couple of rounds of taking the meds we got as a result of the exam, and he seems fine. .
