On 5-14-18 we thought we had a last minute emergency with are Rottweiler puppy. We noticed her crying with a high pitch.
We called the animal clinic and was helped by Amelia who was very pleasant and helpful with her scheduling my pet for a appointment. this very day at 10:00am. It was a relief to get one on so short notice. As we arrived with my family to the clinic and we were helped
by Dr. Park . The doctor examined our pet for a possible injury which was a reason that my dog was crying in our outdoor patio.
The doctor was very pleasant and very thorough in her examination, and did not find any injury. I was advised to video my dog next time
if confronted with a similar problem. I also made purchase of a small 4 lb puppy food Hills Healthy Advantage.
On leaving we were helped by Amelia on checking out and getting the dog food for us. My experience with members of animal Clinic
has been a pleasant one and where all of the staff projects one of caring for our family pet.
ThankYou for your help in making our dogs experience a pleasant one.
As I waited at the front counter to check in I was left to wait without any greeting or acknowledgement. I stood there for 10 plus minutes, while 2 employees worked on the computer and 1 employee checked out another customer. The waiting room was empty.
The last time I called the clinic I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes. When I hung up and called back, I was told that they are really busy with 10 people in front of them.
