Well, for the most part the dentists are really nice and gentle when working with your mouth and I love that because it makes me trust them therefore I'm not so scared. The only thing I disliked is that when it comes to receiving pain medication they're not good at that at all. I was in excruciating pain due to a root canal so I called twice and they offered to send me a prescription to my nearest pharmacy which I found great BUT both times the receptionist asked me for all the information making me believe that she was really going to send me a prescription there and she never did. What was the most unprofessional about this was that both times I drove to the pharmacy both times just to find out NOBODY HAD CALLED IN ANYTHING!! She never even called me to let me know. All in all the treatment by the dentists themselves is good, so I might continue coming here, but the receptionists seem a little unorganized when it comes to communication.

Dr. Chithra durgam did a great job. It didn't hurt at all. She would reassure me that everything was ok. I like that in a dentist. Her dental assistant was very nice and helpful as well. She calm my nerves before and after my filling.

Procedure is not explained properly. Substantial, additional treatment/charges (Not covered by insurance) are claimed payable (for the visit) AFTER treatment begins. Feel like stuck between rock and a hard place. If you refuse additional treatment, fear that the routine procedure may not be done properly. Feel like ripped off.

Dr. Beihry assisted me on my visit and was very gentle & considerate of the pain that I was going through, he constantly asked me if I was doing okay which I was. The injections were a bit tough to handle but he warned me every time one was coming. He was very nice and professional with his work. He made the visit much easier and had me at ease the entire time. I'd recommend this dentist office in Cliffside Park, NJ to anyone! The entire staff is kind and super friendly.
