The morning of my appointment, I was called and asked if I could come in 10 minutes earlier. I told them that I would do the best that I could, since I live in another city. I got there earlier, and was STILL taken back at my original appointment time! I'm not sure what the purpose was of changing my appointment time, but I've been asked to come in early/switch days several times before, so I'm perplexed as to why the time that I originally sign up for rarely seems to work for them when the actual date and time arrives. It's my feeling that my time is just as important as theirs. I will still come here because Dr. Cowan is a great dentist, but the office's scheduling of appointments needs improvement. If you do not live in High Point, I would recommend establishing CLEAR communication with them concerning you appointment date and time--otherwise, you will be wasting time and burning gas for no apparent reason that you can tell.
