Advance 1 Cleaning Services was established in 1987 by T.J. Bolduc, it is a locally owned and operated business. We provide cleaning services to Central Maine and its surrounding cities. Advance 1 Cleaning Services is a member of the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning And Restoration Certification). We are certified by ProBloodBorne in the OSHA Blood borne Pathogens Standard. We are licensed by the State of Maine in regards to the application of antimicrobial agents. We are also members of the NEIRC (New England Institute of Restoration and Cleaning), Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, and the Maine Indoor Air Quality Council.

Hi Cynthia, thank you so much for the feedback and concerns I will be sure to speak to both technicians. I checked into who did the cleaning at your home and it was Steve and Katelyn, both technicians are two of our best cleaners so we will be sure to discuss your concerns. I am sorry that the cleaning was not to your standards, but in our carpet care letter that you should have received from Steve it does recommend a thorough vacuuming after the carpets are dry because our truck mounted system is horsepower and draws any additional dirt and debris from deep below to the surface of the carpet, so that is why it is recommended to vacuum after.
