The only negative comment I have is, when a patient is sitting in the waiting room, just know we can hear what is being said behind the counter. Walls are very thin. Not only did I hear an Advanced Eyecare worker being very disrespectful to a co-worker, but she was also expressing very loudly that she wasn't happy with a patient. My comment is this: respect your co-workers and if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. If your not happy in the customer industry, you might want to change your career choice.
