I have waited over two weeks to write this review. After being with this office for over 20 years, this is the first time I have been very disappointed and have been waiting for Dr. Levine to call me after two weeks. I was questioning my billings and the receptionist told me twice that he would call and hasn't. I will be far more careful with every bill received, and totally understand it before I pay. I always keep good records but will record everything in great detail with any doctor's office from now on. I was billed for follow up services and refitting which I paid but was then questioning additional billing to Medicare which I received in the mail. Unfortunately I will not return to Advanced Eyecare and will look for a new doctor.
