Everyone, from the people at the front desk to the vet tech to the doctor, treated my animals and me well. The check ups were thorough, and they explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great care for their pets.

I met Dr. Stumpff several years ago when I needed any vet since it was holoday. I had a stray very young and sick kitten that needed immediate medical care. Dr. Stumpff went above and beyond to care for this kitten which is why I went back with my girls. No matter how annoying I can be with my girls, Drs. Stumpff and Cobb have always given us excellent care and do not discourage my interest in learning the medical aspects of my dogs treatment. Dr. Stumpff probably doesnt know during anothsr after hours call about questions I had on medicines that she tactfully and respectfully remindes me of my decision to have quality of life vs quantity with one of my girls. I had explained I had prolonged one of my dogs life too long and did not want to do that again. Their attention to details, knpwledge and level of concern for both my dogs and me is why I readily endorse AVC.

I was very pleased with the fine professional care given for my kitten recently when she was spayed. My questions were received courteously and given the same attention and importance as any other questions I've had for my other cats. Everyone there, whether front desk, vet techs or vets have always treated me and my pets with professional and courteous care, which means so much. Vet techs are very knowledgeable as well, and can usually answer many questions. I'm impressed with the calm reserve that everyone has shown, in spite of emergencies and very busy activity. My concerns have always been addressed with patience, understanding and clear answers, leaving me with peace of mind.

I'm so happy I found this wonderful group of caring people, who treat me and my pets so well, making me feel that we count as much as everyone else! I've been going there 3 yrs now and when I first came, I had a seriously ill kitty to whom they gave the best care, and explored a number of options for her treatment. I'm sure they helped extend her quality of life greatly.

The updated office and equipment are such a nice touch too! Don't forget to say hi to 'Rowdy', the office manager, he keeps things running smoothly.
