As always, Max acted as if we have no control over him(which we don't when we enter the building)!! As always we felt embarrassed over his hyper attitude. I literally had cows on my dairy in Oregon that were much better behaved! If you saw him at home...you wouldn't know it was the same Max.
As always, the staff and Dr. were awesome!

Use to be able to get our pets in on a timely matter, now appointments are two or more weeks out, this is for a concerning matter not just an annual appt. wait a full day or more to get advice from a vet tech after leaving messages. Not the care we use to receive

I called on Friday morning to let them know I had sick puppies and they got me in within a couple hours. They were very through with the exam, I was given a couple options for treatment. They were very helpful. Their staff was very pleasant and kind.

Staff is always very professional appt always on schedule Dr Cartwright always makes me feel like my pet is the only one she takes care of , always leave the office with a sense of relief knowing my pet had excellent care.

Very caring and friendly staff, we were a walk in today with our four legged human who had injury to her ear. short wait time and then in and out for her care. Thank you for your compassion
