My experience with the doctor and hygienist staff very positive. However, after the appointment was complete and I called back a few days later I could not get anyone to answer their telephone. I had to hide my name and they answered immediately. It was as if we cannot bill you for anything else so I was no longer a priority. However, my treatment was excellent.

We were closed March 29th and therefor we had one person for a few hours to verify insurance information for our patients so they don't have to. Often we are on hold for long periods of time unfortunately so we occasionally miss calls but do respond as soon as possible via text or email or phone. Please be patient if we cannot answer our phones right away, We absolutely value all our patients like we would our own family.
