I had dental implants in a foreign country, and the bridge they put over the implants was moving. I was extremely uncomfortable, this was going on for 3 months, and my regular dentist was not willing to examine or touch them, let alone fix the problem, because the implants had been made in a foreign country.
I know Dr. Breiterman from the Karate dojo, we were both students there. I requested if he could take a look at my problem. Dr. Breiterman immediately agreed to see me. He explained that under the circumstances, the bridge could break - not such a bad situation - but it was also possible that the implants could break ,and that would cost thousands of dollars to fix! I was naturally very nervous about the whole thing.
This is the best experience I have ever had at any dental (or doctor's) facility. Dr. Breiterman is accomplished, exceptionally qualified, and he really cares about his patients. He did not rush or run to the next patient, he devoted his full undivided attention to me. He exuded a feeling of calmness in myself - that in itself is a huge accomplishment, because under normal circumstances, a dental appointment is something that is "feared" and "dreaded" by most people, if you know what I mean - I felt completely at ease. I think his greatest asset was that he made me feel I was in "safe" hands, that he will take care of the problem, however great it must be.
To make a long story short, it was a very delicate situation where so many things could have gone wrong. But Dr. Breiterman took care of it and fixed the problem, leaving the bridge and implant intact. He has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and I am truly grateful for how he fixed everything.
Dr. Breiterman is not just extremely accomplished in his field. He is also a humanitarian, which I think is rare to find in his field. I noticed an award in his office for his humanitarian work, for extending dental services worth thousands of dollars free to kids who could not afford these services.
The staff is so welcoming, from the first hello, they put you at ease. They even offer you a "Comfort Menu", services that are provided free of charge to patients, to help put them at ease; things like a blanket, music, even goggles to view netflix, etc. The office is tastefully decorated, they give you a little tour of the facility which I thought was very cool!
I cannot recommend Dr. Breiterman enough! I know this is a rather long review, but I feel I had to explain this in full detail to do justice to the services that were rendered to me.
Thank you Dr. Breiterman. You are an asset to our community!
