Dr. Ting is very personable and a professional however the same cannot be said about some of his associates/colleagues. If one would like an informed consultation about skin therapies-laser, topical, etc.-I would highly suggest he/she meet with Dr. Ting only.
My recent patient visit with a PA was sub-par in terms of the patient "bedside manner" and the level of expertise regarding technologies, techniques and procedures involving therapies and Botox.
While this was not my first experience with this office, my most recent visit felt as if I was getting the oil changed in my car. Very impersonal (e.g. PA examined my face while sitting 3+ feet away from me), non informative regarding technologies, risks and contraindications of specific topical treatments being prescribed, not to mention, an extensively long wait (nearly 30 minutes).
Also, a second person was invited in the examination room without introduction. This is not an academic institution so it would've been-at the very least-a common courtesy to inform me who this person (e.g. title, role).
