When I arrived I was met with some energy, otherwise I felt like my entire visit was a hassle for the staff. I understand there are companies that are short staffed at the moment, but I felt I was an inconvenience to the team. I am a new patient to this clinic but I have been dealing with vision problems for my entire life. I was talked to in a condescending tone and accused of not practicing good eye care. I felt that I was only a number to build up the clinic and was talked about more than talked to. Overall, I felt very unwelcome and I was very upset the rest of the day.
