Great staff. Dr. Gates spent several minutes helping my husband figure out his reading prescription. Veronica was super helpful on the phone, Deanna helped us pick out frames and get our flex money spent on 12/31. Convenient, we'll certainly be back. I believe the gal who who helped us with Dr. Gates was named Sara. She was also very efficient and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

My glasses snapped in half while at work. Dr. Goetsch had already left for the day, but came back in to do my exam! Also, because I had to get back to work ASAP after the exam, Dr. Goetsch volunteered to personally deliver my glasses to my work! The assistant was also very helpful in helping me pick out frames and explaining the different packages, making necessary phone calls, etc. The costumer service was outstanding! And the variety of frames (including name brands) was great! I'm so impressed with my whole experience & will definitely be back!

All staff members were helpful and friendly. I did not feel rushed or pushed. I got an eye exam right on the spot with no waiting. Dr. Goesch was friendly and thorough.

my daughter enjoyed her experience. Loved picking out her glasses. I had to bring her brothers with, they let us go for a walk and then came found us when time was needed. Great sevice. The glassed were ready in less than an hour. Taught her how to care for them. I would tell all to go Pearl Vision.

I had Groupon coupon for eye glasses. Had received good service before (Jan 2012) but lost glasses so obtained another coupon and came back to see what they could do. Honored prior Rx in their system, did not have my pair but they were helpful in finding alternative. Created my glasses that afternoon and were very friendly. Price was O.K.- possibly could have found more economical price at Warehouse store but not with the service.
