I arrived for my regular appointment the week of 12/30/22, checked in at the front desk and sat in the waiting area for 10-15 minutes near the front desk/receptionist.

An assistant took me to the therapy area for my usual 20 minute electrical stimulation. Afterwards the assistant directed me to room #1 and said the doctor would be with me shortly.

A few minutes later a substitute doctor entered the room and said he was covering for my doctor today. I was very surprised as neither the receptionist nor the assistant said anything to me about my regular doctor not treating me.

He asked me if my regular doctor completes a spinal adjustment. I said yes and he adjusted my spine. He asked me, “what else does your doctor do for you?” I was very surprised he didn’t know what I was receiving for treatment or didn’t review the doctors notes from my previous visits.

I explained what else my regular doctor provides me for treatment. The substitute doctor said he could not perform that treatment, which was very disappointing because that procedure was specifically addressing the issue I need to get fixed.

My appointment ended abruptly without any explanation of future treatment.

Dr.Clark is a great guy and has helped more then the other doctors I've seen before. I still have a way to go but he is very committed to helping me. The staff is wonderful and easy to get along with. They also care about their patients. Bev orginally did my treatment and she was great. Since then Sara has been doing the treatments and she is super. I enjoy going, seeing everyone and Sara doing her thing. We have fun talking!! I thank all for being what I needed right now to feel better. Thank you everyone.
