My wife and I come to Advanced Vision, because we value the expertise and advice of Dr. Morris...(haven't seen Dr. Puma in a long time). We send our children here too. The receptionists and assistants are pleasant and helpful.
Here's my gripe:
When I asked for someone to adjust my glasses, which are loose, I was told that it would cost $15, since my frames were purchased elsewhere... I think I understand the rationale behind this, but for such a short amount of time and help, I left disappointed.
Can this policy be revisited? For regular customers who have been going here for check-ups for years, this seems a bit petty.
