Don't neglect your health! Get regular adjustments. My discomfort went away immediately. I started sleeping better that night. I will not skip or delay my appointments any more!

Yesterday (Dec. 28, 2022) was my first patient visit to Advanced Wellness Centre in many years (about 10 years since my last visit there).

I was especially impressed with Jordan, the intake person who thoughtfully gathered a lot of information prior to my seeing Dr. Keeley, as well as Karen, the LMT who helped tremendously with the heat & e-stim therapy at the end of my visit.

The "bedside manner" that each of them possess was impressive. They made me feel comfortable and I felt like they were interested in me as a person (not just another "number"). I felt as though I established relationships from Day 1.

I also really like the girls at the front desk, including Rachel.

Off to a good start so far!
