Two things not related to care directly, but that are important to overall customer satisfaction: 1) The potholes in the driveway are deep and multiplying, and each visit is a challenge for my car and my nerves. That stretch of road may not belong to Advanced Wellness, but dozens of clients must come through there every day and something should be done; 2) Provide wifi. Advanced Wellness provides a lot of services and there is potentially a lot of wait-time before and between appointments. Why not do something nice for the clientele and enable them to pass the time using their devices, if they choose to do so? Moreover, the cell signal in that building (at least for Sprint) is very poor.
