I have spent $1100 with Advantage Auto Svcs and over $500 in rental cars as well as an unbelieveable amount of time without my automobile...and yet, even after all of this which has been going on since mid October of 2012 until today, January 18, 2013, my car is still not repaired. Ugh! At this point, I have had my car breakdown repeatedly on the interstates and roads in the Atlanta area. I have had my life in danger more than once sitting on the side of the highway trying to start my car and having my car cut off while traveling through downtown Atlanta. They have not seemed concerned nor helpful. Now, I do not trust my car nor do I trust them to ever repair anything that I own.

I was very disapointment in the service i received my car was damage. I have to take it to the dealer to have it repaired ,they did more damage than was orignal it cost me more to have it repair if they. would have not touched it

I had my transmission re-built there. It hasn't worked correctly since. I had to take my car back 3 times. then I was told my transfer case needed to be replaced THAT had to be replaced. Now my transmission is STILL not fixed correctly. So, NOW I have to take it back to them to have it fixed once again. And each time I take it back I have to pay 3 - $400 dollars a pop!!!! RIPOFF!! I will be contacting their corporate office and BBB as well....

When you were last in our shop you didn't mention any transmission related issues, nor have the computer diagnostics shown any transmission performance concerns since it was rebuilt. If something has developed with your transmission please let us know so this can be addressed. Remember when we talked about you needing to replace the 4 different size tires you had on your vehicle as it could cause problems with your transfer case? We would be more than happy to have you drive along with us and point out your concerns, while we are testing your vehicle so they can be addressed asap.

I was just in for an oil change, but had a good experience. 1) I love that they have appointments. 2) Honest - at a previous oil change with a different company, I got the old, "your coolant is dirty. It will be $100 to change it. Can we get that started for you?" (highly unlikely based on my mileage) - none of that here. I can actually tell my brakes need attention and they mentioned that they've got about 20% left and I should think about service soon. No pressure, honest assessment. Love it.

The owner of a local tire company recommended Cottman to me so I felt like the referral would be a good one. I have taken my car to them twice now. Unlike other places I have been in Atlanta, they did not try to up sell me on any services I did not need. The owners of Cottman are honest, family oriented, hard working people. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They are my go to people from now on.
