The dentist and staff are very nice, but they don't seem to have a sense of time. I have noticed on both of my recent visits that they over book one appointment time. Both times it took about 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment before they called me back. Then when they in a chair, they leave you there to wait another 30 minutes. One my appointment for dental work, the dentist injected the numbing medicine and left me for near an hour. She left to work on another patient. Again nice staff, but you have to be ready to wait too long. I got rid a beautician because of this.

We have made several changes and will continue to work to improve our practice for everyone. We definitely strive to accommodate our patients as well as keep them happy. Appointment time and being seen are not the same. Third time I have had a 10a appointment and I actually don't get seen until 45 min or later after my scheduled appointment time.

I love the staff and Dr. UMANSKY they are all very caring and explain everything in detail. They are very helpful. I love my experience for me and my kids.

Love this place, every time I come I'm called back fairly quickly, and leave in very little pain. Staff is very friendly and always makes sure I leave happy.

Everything was good, it's just they never follow up. It's been 2 times I've gone and they told me they would call me and send me an email with a dental plan and till this day I have not received anything.
