My daughter had her glasses broken at school and we were told to go in and pick out a frame so they can replace it we went all the way over there she picked a frame out and we waited a few weeks for them to let us know when they were ready. I called back and they have nothing on file of her new glasses being made and they told me the frames she chose were no longer in stock therefore we had to redo it all over again. So I just refused to do it and they would not even hold their staff accountable for not putting her frames in to be made. Let alone we had to go to another location and got a new optometrist which we are happy with and I doubt we will run into issues of someone not turning in glasses to be made. Bewate they are overwhelped and pay no attention to their clients. I get mistakes happen but this should not have happened.

Our visit was good except for the wait time. For two kids we were there for nearly 3 hours. We arrived at 1040am and didnt get out til 1pm. I wouldnt have mind but i missed my sons swear in for the Marines
