As a place tailored to working with children a handful of employees actually know how to explain things to young children. On top of that this was the second time we had to get glasses for my son and quoted 2 weeks for them to be picked up. Kicker they didn’t call for pick up until a month later with no communication in the mean time to let us know the lab was behind. I would seriously consider your options before using this place. We won’t be back.

What a joke ! They have someone else listed as my childrens parent. Apparently our accounts got mixed up. I was told that its because I allowed this said person to make appointments for my children... They took my insurance then said they didn't accept it 2 months after the initial appointments. Everytime I call I get a reminder for appointments I didn't make. I will never go back !!!

Like the service and the staff are really great wish waiting for my glasses period was a lot shorter but besides that cant complain

We had to wait 15 minutes after check in time. After that service was quick.
