We grew up in the horse and buggy days.
I personally hate cell phones & especially texting.
We always have our appts on the calendar and a postcard or reminder call is fine; however, all that AND a text AND email is TOO MUCH of an interruption and it irritates ME.
James does not care because he is too nice to complain.
He does not read his email anyway

Thank you so much for your feedback. We value our patient?s opinions. We are excited to offer our new online services to our patients; however, we know it?s not for everyone. The best part about the new system is it allows the patient to be in control of how we communicate with them.
Just to clarify, our confirmation process does not require use of ALL the methods you mentioned above, although it could be if you would like it that way. If you would prefer an email and no other method, we can do that. If you prefer the traditional phone call and postcard, we can still do that, too. All patients should receive a welcome email allowing them to choose if they would like email and text message communication. If it?s not for you, simply let us know and we?ll make sure we give you a phone call. Again, thank you for your feedback; it helps us to better serve our patients.
