I have been a patient since 1967 and I have been well taken care of. My favorite staff members are Dana and Terry, and of course, Dr. Bankhead and Dr. Rauber. I have enjoyed my semi-annual visits and I'm Very pleased with my experiences over the years.

I was seeing a dentist out of town my entire life, but I had to book a last minute appointment with Aesthetic Dentistry Group because I was experiencing some sensitivity. I had best experience visiting this office. They were able to book me the next day fortunately! The office is FULL of friendly and personable staff. They made visiting the dentist actually enjoyable! Dana, the hygienist, was so kind and knowledgable while taking x-rays. Dr. Bankhead came right in and was able to fix me up in about 5-7 minutes with the help of Terri, his assistant. My visit was about two weeks ago and I haven't experienced the sensitive feeling since then! The office was so comfortable and made me feel like I was at home. I have officially found my new dental home! Would recommend Aesthetic Dentistry Group to anyone!

Great service and experiences over many years......and I'm not the easiest of clients, I'm sure! Appointment schedules are convenient if you work. Services such as crown construction are performed on-site. Appointment times are honored by the staff and there are no long waiting room waits. You can gaze out on gardens from the dental chairs. They know I'm a weenie about pain and they 'take care of it'. I enthusiastically recommend this practice.

I had a gift card that, yes, was a little old, but it had a specific package on it. I started with a mani/pedi, which was fantastic. Next, I had my first ever facial which was phenomenal. Lunch was delicious. I was disappointed with the masseuse. I showed her a specific spot that I hoped she would help out with, and she proceeded to spend entirely too much time on the wrong side. I thought she was just concentrating on both shoulders and my back, but that was not the case. I was also disappointed that no one offered me a robe or locker, so I had to carry my tote and keep everything in the rooms with me. When I went to the front to leave a tip, I had to pay an additional $25 because the price had changed on the package. There was no dollar amount on the gift card, just the package name. I will go back, but I will ask for a different masseuse, and I will make sure in the future to ask if I will have to pay extra for a package as well as make sure to tell anyone I give a gift card to that they should use it as soon as possible. Based on this visit, I cannot give the 5 stars I would love to as a rating.
