The doctor and assistant were wonderful but the office staff is extremely unprofessional. An irate customer came in while I was completing my paperwork. She was extremely upset because of what sounded like lack of information provided by the office staff. But regardless of her reason or yelling, she, as a customer should've been treated with respect. They responded with attitude, disrespect and unprofessionalism. Empathy and sympathy towards upset customers are seriously non existent here. They need an intense customer service training or just fire all those involved and hire naturally customer service oriented individuals. You can teach a skill but not customer service, empathy or sympathy. As much as I really liked the doctor and her assistant I will definitely not be returning much less ever recommend someone.
