The young lady at the front desk in the afternoons is extremely rude! The whole time I was there asking about the new location she was on her phone and had such an attitude. I'm really upset with the kind of people Affordable came together with. I love my pets and they mean the world to me so I am definitely concerned about this kind of customer service. I use to always recommend Afforable to my friends and colleagues but I'm not so sure about that anymore.

They charged me for a package. They never told me that I have a limited time to use the service. Basically, I am not getting the service I have purchased. I am never going back nor recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere that you get service for what you have paid for.

I believe the assistant planted tapeworm eggs on the butt of my dog in order to upsell procedures.

I went to another vet and they found no tapeworm or eggs.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worse enemy.

Affordable animal care took excellent care of my little dog! My dog was ill but by the end of our visit my dog was comfortable and unafraid. I really appreciate the professionalism and love spent caring for my beloved pet! Thank you!

Outstanding care. A very dedicated and knowledgeable Vet hospital. Very kind, compassionate DVM and office staff. I have highly recommended this office to friends and associates.
