Made appt for my (2) cats for two separate issues. Dr. was great- provided me with options and gave me quotes on procedures. Treated my cats and I was on my way. Total time in the office was about 30 mins. Entire staff was caring and helpful as well. They also accept Care Credit, which was a plus!

For the most part I believe the staff is very nice and helpful. However for me, I really don't like having Ellie taken out of the room for her vaccinations or anything else that can be done in the exam room, I don't understand the reasoning behind that as the Vet places that I have been to in the past never did that. We were always present. Also the Vets attentiveness, seems as though they're in an out in less than a few minutes not really showing any interest per se! And up until just this week I wasn't emailed when she was due for her shots until I went to get her groomed and they said she wasn't up to date with her shots and I called you, and was told that she was and asked you to email that information to me only to find out that you didn't have my email address. Seriously I'm not trying to be negative, just expressing things of which I could see to be improvements for your business! I understand this is called "Affordable Pet Vet Clinic" and is very much appreciated for helping those of us with our pets keep cost down. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns! The vet and technicians were clear about what was going on with my dog and did not do any testing that was not necessary. They reassured us of his healing and told us to call back if anything were to worsen. We also got Bravecto from them. For 3 months of Bravecto and an examination it was extremely affordable. Thank you!

The doctor was on time and knew the diagnosis very quickly. The RVT gave a list of treatment options and even waived the appointment fee since it was my first time there. I would recommend for your pet needs.
