On my last visit here (ever) I was to get my hair cut and highlighted, and I had gotten extensions for Christmas, I brought them in and wanted just blue tips on them, she said she could do them as well, but when 8pm hit I was 'pushed" out the door (they turned everything off and were cleaning and putting their coats on) and my hair haven't even but cut, yet they still charged me for it, I'm in a wheelchair and I think it was VERY rude for the staff to say "some of us have kids, where is your ride?"
You work in hair styling SOMETIMES you have to work a little late if you want a loyal customer but this salon is all about the money.
Don't go here.
