Robyn gave me an excellent massage. I had so many knots, but she found them all, even some I forgot about! The facilities are lovely: tranquil and very clean but not sterile feeling. All the staff were professional yet friendly and quite helpful. I had a wonderful morning at the spa and it was much needed!

The service (80 minute massage) and staff were great. However the overall experience could have been better. The relaxation room wasn’t comfortable or relaxing. Chairs were not comfortable, no spa music, etc. The jacuzzi area had limited seating. The whole spa area was very crowded and noisy. Perhaps they were just overbooked as we had to wait to use the steam room and sauna (standing room only)The other guests were talking loudly. It was not a tranquil and relaxing environment. I expected someone to ask how my experience was at check out so I could provide feedback, but that didn’t happen.

Every person was attendant in the most sincere way. The services were rendered peacefully and with soft, gentle voices. I was given this as a gift and will be returning when I am next in town. I am thankful for the many kindnesses given.
