The service (80 minute massage) and staff were great. However the overall experience could have been better. The relaxation room wasn’t comfortable or relaxing. Chairs were not comfortable, no spa music, etc. The jacuzzi area had limited seating. The whole spa area was very crowded and noisy. Perhaps they were just overbooked as we had to wait to use the steam room and sauna (standing room only)The other guests were talking loudly. It was not a tranquil and relaxing environment. I expected someone to ask how my experience was at check out so I could provide feedback, but that didn’t happen.

Every person was attendant in the most sincere way. The services were rendered peacefully and with soft, gentle voices. I was given this as a gift and will be returning when I am next in town. I am thankful for the many kindnesses given.

I enjoyed my spa experience at Agave. Since I arrived from out of town, I was grateful to have clear communications with the spa prior to my arrival. It was a beautiful and clean facility. I had access to a workout facility, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, showers and after-shower product as needed. My esthetician was very professional and explained what she was doing and why as she worked. The only thing that could have made this a better experience is that when the greeter assigned me to a locker, I would have liked to have been spread out more. It was not crowded so it seemed that there could have been room to assign patrons to lockers on a more disbursed basis. When I was getting dressed, the only 2 people in the locker room were me and the woman in the locker right next to mine. Other than this, I had a great experience and would go to the Agave Spa next time I am in Scottsdale.
